We are open Monday - Friday from 12pm - 8pm and Saturday 1pm to 5pm.

Physical Therapist

Boston Mobile Physical Therapy is a solo practice committed to provide quality, comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment in an outpatient setting. We guarantee to respond to all new referrals or queries regarding treatment within 24 hours.


How much will each visit cost?

Cost depends on the treatment performed and the fees are within the normal range for geographic area served. For more specific questions please call.

How long does each consultation last?

A physical therapy screening which is free of charge can last 15 minutes to an hour. An initial evaluation takes roughly one hour and subsequent treatment treatments are typically 45 minutes depending on complexity of physical therapy diagnosis and treatment plan.

How do I pay for my physical therapy evaluation?

We accept checks, cash, bank check / money order or third-party reimbursement. When payment has been received by us we then send official receipt and physical therapy documentation which you can submit to your private health insurer for an, 'out of network' physical therapy provider for reimbursement. Each insurer has their own policy regarding reimbursement for physical therapy services provided by an out of network provider.

Do you charge a cancellation fee if the appointment is canceled?

Tom Fiese PT, is dedicated to providing experience based, result oriented physical therapy evaluation and treatment. Skilled physical therapy treatment can include: hands on soft tissue massage, myofascial release, manual acupressure, joint mobilization, moist heat, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound and therapeutic exercise to decrease pain, increase strength, range of motion, balance and improve the overall fitness and health of individuals he serves. Tom Fiese is a 1993 graduate of Northeastern University's physical therapy program and wrestling coach for the Boston Boys and Girls Club.


To successfully treat and help individuals overcome pain, functional limitations and fall risk. Tom is a physical therapist with 20 years of experience, who can reduce pain, increase range of motion, increase strength, and improve balance to decrease fall risk.


Tom Fiese’s purpose is to help his patients reach the maximum potential for their individual physical therapy needs and abilities.
